Outfitting & Pipeline business mainly including the design and manufacturing the outfitting and pipelines for shipbuilding.

Outfitting mainly including general outfitting, hatch cover,  lashing bridge, foundation, blocks, superstructure and so on. Pipelines mainly including the steel and stainless steel pipes.

POT has the WPS of DNV/BV/CCS/LR, and also obtained the WWA certification from DNV.

It covers an area of 15,000 square meters for manufacturing outfitting, and an area of 4,000 square meters for manufacturing  pipelines. Also equipped with laser cutting machine, groove cutting machine, automatically welding machine(such as cantilever automatic pipe welding machine, straight pipe flange four gun automatic welding machine, chuck type pipe alignment machine) hydraulic single-head bending machine and other processing and production equipment. Various kinds of cranes in the those area are fully equipped, can meet various types of outfitting parts and pipeline manufacturing capacity.

It can realize the production capacity of 15,000 tons for hatch covers, 6,000 tons for general outfitting, 5,000 tons of pipelines per year, and can change the working area and expand capacity for different productions.

Pipeline production can cover coating, galvanizing, passivation,  pressure test, flushing, and other processes.

At the same time, POT has a wharf and a painting workshop to meet the needs of hatch covers and outfitting painting operations and shipping.
