POT  has three factories with a total area of about 280,000 square meters (excluding 120,000 square meters to be developed), which are the No.1 factory, No.2 factory,No.3 factory.

No.1 factory covers an area of 146,000 square meters (excluding 120,000 square meters of undeveloped area), which has 48,000 square meters of enclosed workshops, 30,000 square meters of open-air  production area, and 3,000 square meters of painting workshop. There are also one office building and one accommodation building.

The main functions are office, steel structure pre-treatment, steel structure cutting, steel structure  production, pressure vessel production, stainless steel products (including EGCS tower, OCCS tower, LFSS) design and processing.

      No.2 factory mainly meets the production of ultra-large steel structure, and has the wharf length 800 meters and depth -9 meters, which can realize the roll-on/roll-off or slip on the ultra-large steel structure. The area covers an area of 96,960 square meters, mainly including a steel structure workshop, and one sandblasting and painting workshop, and open-air production area.

Steel structure workshop covers an area of 13,200 square meters,with the length of 220 meters, width of 60 meters, height of 23.7 meters, and is equipped with 2 bridge cranes with safety load 50+50/20 tons , 4 bridge crane with safety load 16 tons ,1 set laser cutting machine and other equipment and facilities.

The sandblasting and painting workshop covers an area of 7,200 square meters, with the size 75 meters length *32 meters width *3, and is equipped with environmental protection equipment, the equipment meets the key control area <=10 mg/m3 specified in section 4.2.5 of "GB 37/2376-2013 Shandong Provincial Comprehensive Emission Standard for Regional Air Pollutants". The waste gas treatment equipment adopts a zeolite runner adsorption concentration + regenerative incineration oxidation (ROT) technology, which is the current best Vocs treatment process. It is suitable for super large steel structure and can meet the requirements of PSPC in shipbuilding.

The open-air production area covers an area of 29,000 square meters, 290 meters in length and 100 meters in width, with a the ground load of 20 tons/square meters, and is equipped with the gantry cranes as follow: two (2) sets 100Tons, one(1) set of 200Tons, one(1) set of 300Tons.

The main product types in this area are: jacket , wind power tower, ship hatch cover and blocks, offshore skid, super large pressure vessel and other super large steel structure.

No.3 factory covers an area of 30,000 square meters, the main function is to realize the shipbuilding & ship-repairing of various types of ships with a length of less than 130 meters, mainly including 3 slipways.

Shipbuilding capacity of 40,000 gross tons/year, ship repair capacity of 70 pieces/year. The shipbuilding is mainly including refrigerated ship series,Tuna Purse Seiner series, salmon observation boat series, etc.
